BLADES FOR GARDENTRACTORS AND ATV

For the above types of tractors (both Czech-made and foreign), we produce various types and sizes of dozer blades that are used for removing snow and other loose materials. The blades, like the trailers, are produced of high quality materials (steel sheets, etc.). The standard surface treatment is also carried out by painting with a RAL 3002 (red) powder paint; the blade frame is black. We supply a special frame for each type of garden tractor that can be easily and quickly mounted onto the front of the tractor. The frame may stay there all-year-round. The blade can be attached to the frame within 5 minutes.
The blades are vertically and horizontally adjustable. We supply a simple system for the blades, making it possible to turn them into different positions to the left and right (altogether 5 positions) from the driver’s seat. The tractor operator is therefore not obliged to go down and adjust the direction and height of the blade by hand. There are two vertically adjustable guide discs at the bottom edge of the blade that prevent premature wear of the rubber bar along the whole length of the bottom edge of the blade.
The price of a blade 1,180 mm wide with 500 mm of dozing height, including the frame for the tractor and the driver’s seat control system, is approximately 206 EUR.
